Pet Policy
We love fur babies!!
Pets are only allowed in certain properties. Insurance breed restrictions apply. If a pet is permitted, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, and makes the rent $25 extra a month (flat fee).
Dog’s must always be on a leash, well behaved, and picked up after.
IF APPLICATION IS APPROVED BEFORE MOVE-IN:
PET REQUIREMENTS BEFORE KEYS GIVEN:
It is required to provide proof for each pet:
-Proof of all vaccinations including rabies must be provided and submitted annually
-All pets must be spayed/neutered.
-Pets must be on flea prevention and proof provided to our office if requested
